IMBERA 9th February 2011 ---- iDD (Imbera – Daeduck Corporation) has gone through a successful period of customer volume production start-up at its South Korean plant in Hwaseong-City. Alongside volume ramp-up and ISO certifications, a significant number of key customer qualifications have been successfully completed. Both Single IC fan-out solutions (iBGA) and System-in-Package module solutions (iSiP) are being adopted by iDD’s customers at the same time. The application areas are many and varied, but are predominantly being driven by telecom and handheld markets.
